4L's BBQ Gathering @ VeeNee's

25th December 2008, Christmas day. It was a fine day to pick for a BBQ party, but we had to meet up at 1U first to buy some stuff... And as we all know, during the festive seasons, most popular shopping malls will be crowded like mad, and so my mom had to drive through a crazy amount of jams that were usually not so heavy. Zhen Yu and I walked around 1U since we reached at 1pm sharp. We met up with Kar Hoong at the JUSCO department. I phoned Suki to confirm the time and place.

Later most of us gathered at the Burger King restaurant in the new wing. After that, we went off to find more classmates who were going to meet us @@. When everyone was gathered, well whaddya know, the girls went to this Dreamworld photo something? And they guys went off to the JUSCO supermarket to get some hotdogs, and they bought 2 or 3 bottles of sparkling juice. When we met up again, they got flamed for overbuying hotdogs =/

I remembered SOMEBODY claimed that the journey from 1U to VeeNee's place was quite near. The journey was actually quite ok, but its a little odd distance for walking. It took us approximately 25 mins to reach VeeNee's place from 1U. When we reached there we were bathed in sweat. Then VeeNee received a phone call from Zoeii whoom asked somebody to walk back to 1U and take her here... ..... Now that was really, erm, how do I put it, wtf-ish kind of thing. Anyway, 3 boys volunteered (Or rather, forced to be volunteered =x) to walk back and find Zoeii. The rest of us went into VeeNee's room while waiting for them to arrive.

Later, we gathered the BBQ stuff and set off for the BBQ-ing site. There was a big adult's swimming pool x.x (I had a hunch something bad might happen soon lol) Soon we were preparing stuff and BBQing away.

While most of the boys were happily BBQing, the girls were busy filling balloons with water. Some of them filled it with flour instead. The balloons we used, are extremely enduring. It won't tear and boom so easily, it needs a bigger impact to make it explode. Well they filled up quite a number of balloons easily. Suddenly, somebody threw one balloon, and everybody else started to grab more and throw @@ It all became into a balloon frenzy for 5 minutes before the balloons were all used up. Only 2 people didn't get wet or flour-ed. Zhen Yu (BBQing more chickens) and I (watching from the sidelines BUAHAHAHAHAH!!!)

And then... Just as I suspected... They planned to dunk people into the pool. While some classmates were relaxing at the poolside, those of us who were BBQing were planning to dunk them >:) So they rushed down, and Kah Yeng was our number 1 victim. However, after she went down, somebody pushed VeeNee into the pool to. LOL it was super hilarious. The 3rd person who went down was Alan. And then, somebody pushed Suki and Shey Ni into the pool and Suki started screaming @@ The video below shall explain all :O



We continuously played in the pool, pushing people and getting pushed. Everybody was soaked wet soon... except for 3 people - Shwuyi, Poh Chin and Zhao Ying who were watching us from above. And of course, while dunking people into the pool, there were lots of 'ouch'es and stuff but we had fun anyways :D

We continued until it was time most of us had to go home. We went back to the BBQ site and started cleaning up. SOME of us were still BBQing =.= After that we went to the bathroom to get dry and changed. I changed into my favourite suit of pyjamas I wear everynight hehe. We chatted for awhile, and then my parents came and off I went home~

Alright, I decided that I HAD to write something LOL! The holidays are coming to an end soon, in a few weeks time. I have not really went out anywhere during my free time, all I did was stay at home and Maple Maple the whole day long xD. I watched 007 Quantum of Solace, and I'm still waiting for an opportunity to watch the new show Twilight. Ahh well. Gonna be form 5 next year, SPM.... My add maths still suck, and my history, screw it == . It was by birthday yesterday and I had lotss of fun, even though my wireless modem had a fucking problem and it couldn't get fixed so only 1 laptop could go on the net zzz. My mom cooked the best food that night :D

Alright then, I'm just gonna wait for the stupid Maple patch to finish updating and then I'm playing again LOL.

KRS Lance Corporal Camp

10th November to 12th November, 3 people from Kadet Remaja Sekolah SMKB have been selected by the teacher advisor to join the Lance Corporal Camp 2008. The candidates are Siow Wei (President), Wei Shi (Secretary) and of course, me (Vice President).

We were told to meet at school during the same school time. So as usual, I reached school at around 6.45am. Who knew, En. Azlan came late ==. The camp was held at Taman Wetland in Putrajaya. I had to say, we never really got wet at all ~.~ Well, only once during the lake crossing event where we had to cross a lake.

When we reached the campsite, it was deserted. Seems like we were the earliest, so we took the chance to practice our bandaging and rope tie skills. At around 10+am (I kinda forgot), NINE BUSES came rushing in with all the participants. I was told that there was 300 total (WTF!?). Among the 300, only 20 were non muslims... I wanna die liao. Anyway, the day started with lunch. Later, we were lead through the camp site to choose a suitable place to set up our tent. I shared mine with 3 other schoolkids from SMK Chong Hwa. Next to our camp were 4 kids from SMK Jinjang. Later that day we had a physical test. We had to run 2.4km to a checkpoint, collect a piece of paper, and run back within 15 mins time. Its a compulsory to pass this test. I managed to pass it. Later that night we had a really stupid exam. 60 objective questions, mostly based on common knowledge, so common that even standard 1 kids can answer some =.= Seriously. Later, the muslims had to hafal some Al Hafaz Quran or something I dunno blabla while non muslims need to give a pengucapan awam on moral topics. It wasn't that bad, since you talk face to face with the teacher only =D I got 8/10 woohooo! Later that night when we slept in our tent, it was VERY stuffy. But then it rained heavily, and the tent became very nice and cooling. End of day 1.

Day 2
I woke up at 5am. Took my clothes and morning wash stuff and headed to the bathroom. Seems like I was early, since only a few people got up this time to wash themselves up. I was still quite tired, and I totally snapped out of my sleepy state when I stepped into the icy cold shower without testing the water first... My mistake =.= At around 5.30 the muslims were already awake for their prayers. The non muslims just waited outside the hall. We busied ourselves by talking about the cmoing activities. Later, we had a warm up. What warm up you ask? THE ALL SO HORRIBLE POCO POCO WTFWTFWTF!!!! I THOUGHT I'D NEVER HEAR THAT STUPID SONG EVERY AGAIN BUT I DID! Whatever, I just tried to resist it till the end of the session ~.~ After that, my group needed to go throuh a marching exam. I kinda sucked, the commands they give were all different, plus, there are commands that I never even heard of. Luckily, the teacher wasn't quite strict and let me pass =DD. Later we had rope tying and bandaging, as well as using a compass. Quite boring ctually. Even worse, we were told to take some natural stuff and make it into an item to 'promote'. I totally flunked this one, but I somehow managed to trick the teacher into signing that I passed LOL. The next one, we had to come up with a POEM about NATURE. I wanna screw whoever made this camp == Passed anyway. Later, one by one, we needed to answer 6 questions on tents and gadgets, which was pretty easy.

And then, my favourite activity on the entire camp - LAKE CROSSING. At the dock, there was a long rope attached to a small island in the middle of the lake. Another rope from the island attached back to another part of the mainland. When it was my turn, I jumped in the water and began pulling myself towards the island. Its very fun, and I felt fishes swim past my body. I was actually moving quite fast and pulled ahead of the others. While I was far ahead, I decided to test the deepness of the water. With the life jacket and hanging on the rope, I tried to push my legs down - couldn't feel land. So I submerged my head, still nothing. Next, I completely stretched my hands and my whole body went underwater BUT I STILL CAN'T FEEL THE GROUND. It must be more than 2 metres deep. However I continued to cross until the end. Very fun =DD. And then we went back to the campsite through the 30 mins walk of the same track we took to came here =.= Whatever, we headed for the showers and went for dinner. That night was malam kebudayaan, and what did they ask us to do? SING LAGU KRS!!! I wanted to burst out lauging. It was pretty darn easy ~.~ The night ended pretty quickly and we were soon sleeping in our tents.

Day 3
I woke up 4.50am, eager to get home =D. Headed for showers, changed, and got ready for breakfast. Warmed up with the same stupid dance. I actually quite forgotten what happened that morning, we packed our tents and then it was the majlis penutupan already. We got our certificates, and soon we were on our way home~ I was pretty glad to see my laptop once more lol. If I had one wish, it was to do that lake crossing again... XD

JoY & GlOrY - THe LaSt DaY oF sChOoL

6th November 2008

This is quite a long post, so make sure you have time before you read it lol.

Today is the last day of school in this year for some of the students, as there were not enough classes to take in all the students after the tables have been arranged for the SPM examination. We got our allowances today (around RM250+ for most of the students, Suki and Vee Nee get extra because they were the TOTs, around 290+). Overall, the day went quite well, noisy as usual. It rained during the early hours, so there was no assembly. We returned our books, and after school we had a wonderful feast to celebrate =O. So before I go on with the pictures and videos, I would like to express my gratitude to the following teachers for their dedication in teaching us to become the best :

Form teacher Pn. Mazliyana who teaches Moral. Went on pregnancy leave in during mid year if I'm not mistaken. Very kind, hardly shouts madly.

Subtitution teacher Ong How Ming who took Pn. Yana's place when she went on pregnancy leave. Also known as Ong Junior, otherwise commonly being mistaken as the headmaster Ong Boon Puah. Very soft-hearted, soft voice, gives answers during exams =X. Gives tips (or rather bocor soalan straight away lol).

English teacher Pn. Mary. Kinda big sized (No offence made here). Very kind hearted and greatly believes in God. She's Christian, so no Deepavali wishes to her lol. Enjoys giving us very long notes to copy so we can keep quiet although it always fails. Likes telling stories, we all enjoy listening to it.

Bahasa Malaysia teacher Pn. Wan Rahimi. Althought strict, she is merely following the rules to discipline students. Some students, such as Ai Mei, Joyce and most of the girls and some boys, will have realised this point. Does her very best to improve us in our BM. Gives us lots of homework (Some of which I also never managed to finish), essays, summaries and exercises. Even so, we try our very best and I am happy to know that she is happy wth our work and such. If you guys remember, she said that we do have the points in our essays, just that we lack the knowledge to expand the points we written down.

Chinese teacher Mr. Lee Kui Sin. Very friendly fellow, but can get quite cranky when we don't hand in his homework. To be honest, I never even touched his books at home. I just bring them to school when we have his class on that particular day. Oh well, I'm sure his favourites are Wai Yap and Kar Hoong, since they are always talking when there is free time =D.

Biology teacher Pn. Go Tsing Tsing. Considered as one of the 'hot' teachers in our school I guess (that's what I heard). Her english pronunciation is somewhat rotten O_O but her grammar and everything is in tact, just the pronunciation. From my experience, it seems like she can't teach without the help of the computer in the Biology lab (LOL XD). Even so, Biology is my favourite subject so I try to pay my best attention (Even though my english may rot in the process ~.~) but sometimes I just can't help sleeping....

Chemistry teachers Pn. Siti Azam and Mr. Pang Sui Jin. Pn. Siti Azam is our real Chemistry teacher, but her heart has mechanical pumps if the rumours are true so she was not in school for a long time. We only got to see her once during the beginning of the year, when she became absent for a loooong time. Mr. Pang replaced her, and boy did I get even more lost in Chemistry under his teachings. When Pn. Siti Azam came back, I felt that I understand Chemistry more than before. She's very dedicated, and her teachings have definitely improved me.

Physics teacher Pn. Loo Kheng Kim. Hmm, we 4L students have come up with her favourite quotes already =D. First, it was 'Chances very high', followed by 'Angry already'. I think there are more but I must've forgotten them. She teaches very well, but I usually feel VERY VERY sleepy during her class. Sometimes I just put my head down, block my eyes from her view and go zzzz....

Civics teacher Pn. Hasmizan. She's a very nice teacher, never yells, never shouts. This is why the class makes SOOO much noise during her period. Despite all that, she never gets mad, instead she tries to help those who are listening to her lesson. She went on pregnancy leave this year too, but when she came back, her body shape was still looking good @@

History teacher Pn. Rohana. She became pregnant during the 2nd semester, but she didn't go on pregnancy leave so far. She was still in school today. Erm, dunno how to say, but history is not my favourite subject. Other students think its boring as well and sleep straight. I try my best to listen or otherwise, pretend to listen by daydreaming. Seems like Wan Ting and Hao Chin are the good students. Even so, Pn. Rohana tries to help us alot. During her extra class, only 5 people showed up (Hao Chin, Wan Ting, Zhen Yu, Kian Huat and I). I really pity her that time, and its not the only time it happened. It happened during all of her classes. Anyway, I wish her a safe pregnancy and give birth to a wonderful baby.

Maths and Add Maths teacher Pn. Shi Lee Lee. Seems very bright most of the time, but if you make her mad she'll slam her book on the table and make a deafening noise while stunning everybody in the process (She is not the Queen Of Pain from DotA =.=). Even so, I enjoy having her lessons. I love maths, but I hate Add Maths. I suck at it. Even with her explanations, I just can't seem to catch the meaning. Oh well, her lessons are enjoyable though, and towards the end of the year she started the become more and more friendly. All the students like her of course =D.

PJ teacher En. Firdaus. He's also the head teacher in charge for our Merdeka training and also the head teacher advisor for KRS. Everytime during PJ he will sure let the boys play football/basketball whatever. I just sit around doing nothing lolz. Anyway he's the one who organized this jamuan, and I'm sure everybody loved it =D

ThE lAsT dAy Of ExAm - MoViE (High School Musical 3)

The day that the whole science stream classes are waiting for, has finally come to pass. Yessir its the last day of the year end exams! I'm sure everybody bought good guns to help in shooting during History paper 1 LOL. Maths paper 1, probably one of the easiest. As the last few minutes went ticking by, I sat impatiently in my place, waiting for the exam to officially end. After the last paper was collected, the whole class went on in a rampage (poor Siti Azam lol).

I quickly met up with Andrew and Chris, joined by Nick and Jia Chang (last minute joiner). We planned to watch High School Musical 3 today at Metro Prima's JUSCO. I thought the twins had library duty until 2.30, so I asked Zhen Yu to go home first and we would call him later. Since like there has been a change of plans =.= . Oh well, we proceeded to walk towards our destination. On the way, we met Ai Mei and Keet Yee at the bus stop near a junction. They were going to Mid Valley to go shopping I guess. It took us about 15 minutes to reach our destination and met up with Zhen Yu there.

Looks like the mini holidays of Deepavali are coming to an end... Wasted 4x on Monday's Deepavali event zzz. So erm, still have modern mathematics, sivik and sejarah paper 1 to deal with and then we're finally free of exams! I hope that our class will have the year end trip like suggested. All depends on the girls now =/

Alrighty then, time to finish off the remainder of the exams~

26th October, Sunday night.

My dad's friend had a house warming party since he just moved into a new bungalow (Rich ppl >.>). I heard the reonvation alone costed 1 million! Siao liao people these days... I had no choice but to follow today, since yesterday I skipped it for Zakum =X. So yeah, we headed for the place, and the house wasn't bad at all. In fact, it looked more like the houses you would usually see rich people having in Desa Parkcity. I took some pics of the interior of the house, as it was too dark to take the exterior of their house that night.

Later, I was stuck in the library on the desktop watching Happy Tree Friends till midnight. It was definitely one hell of a gruesome night lol. Went home at around 12am++.
